Pain Is Beauty
Double LP, gatefold sleeve, transparent red vinyl. My queen Chelsea how you ever encompass my passion for dark, winding tunes,

Mastodon have obviously been leading the way for modern American metal for a long time now, and with so many seminal albums it’s hard to pick any one from their legendary discography. However Blood Mountain stands out in the bands’ impressive career as it marks a transition; coming off the critical and commercial hit that was their previous LP, Leviathan, which was heavy, dense, and searing, it seems Mastodon was hard pressed to top it. By adding more layers, harmony, and clean vocals - yet combining those aspects with even more impressive fretwork, drumming, and overall crushing heaviness from Leviathan - Blood Mountain is truly remarkable in that if you want a well rounded, cohesive and wholly Mastodon record, you need to look no further.
This 2010 repress includes a mastering of the vinyl for 45 RPM, with two records housed in a gatefold sleeve with of course all the incredible artwork (by artist Paul Romano) shining beautifully. I was ecstatic to finally obtain such a great piece from my musical past.
The Dodos & Magik*Magik Orchestra
Orchestral renditions of two of my favorite songs by M*MO from The Dodos’ latest album, Carrier. Record Store Day release limited to 1,000 copies on orange vinyl.
Have A Nice Life
The Unnatural World

Kind Of Blue
A 50th anniversary release of the seminal ‘Kind Of Blue’ by Columbia Records.
Included is a 180 gram light blue colored vinyl disc containing the original version of the album, in stereo. Two CD’s which, in addition to having the complete album, offer many sequences and alternate takes from sessions during the recording process, are housed alongside a DVD depicting the conception and subsequent recording of this record. All bound together in a beautiful gatefold sleeve.
A companion hardcover coffee table book, 60 pages in length, serves as commentary and commemoration on the enduring legacy of Miles Davis and his magnum opus. Pictures are littered throughout, which along with the six separate lithographs and separate poster, give a personal look on the inside of the making of Kind Of Blue.
